Took a look through my Aperture library. Oh yes, it needs me to spend time organising! By doing this I saw two different styles of myself.
With my DSLR I have a specific style my love of nature, scenes, trying to learn photography terms, setting my camera for aperture, ISO, depth of field, exposure. Sometimes more complex terms and settings than I can remember!
My recent ventures specifically with my iPhone have shown me it's ok to take a photo to reject it or even take a photo I would never have considered a subject before. My mind has been free to explore my world with different eyes. Off course there will always be part of me hidden in my iphoneography I am enjoying flying above, snapshots unexpected, working with subjects I once rejected.
The sky no longer limits this side of me. The only limit is my imagination!
People may not understand just why I took a photo of something I saw that day but it's part of my journey of discovery with the only camera I have with me each step of the way.
